• Provision of shipment delivery bags, in regular and large sizes.

 These bags are fully trackable, using a unique barcode number allocated to each bag. Reducing shipment failure and worry.
This service is ideal for when you require urgent analysis as they are guaranteed before 1pm the next day!

• COMMUNICATION
• Upon sample receipt :
• We email: ackowledgement to confirm nature of samples, numbers recieved, sample reference codes, testing requirements, report due date and price.
• Alongside posting the hardcopy CofA; for speed we would also email a scanned pdf copy of the CofA.

This provides a clear process and understanding of what has happened to the samples and keeps you informed of the order progress.

• SAMPLE TURN-AROUND
• Standard service of 10 working days.

This is our normal standard, other service providers do not do this consistently.

• EXPRESS ANALYSIS TURN-AROUND
• Need analysis quicker than 10 days. Then you can...
• Pre-book testing slots, and if required  receive results in a shorter turn-around. This is a premium service, so unfortunately invokes an extra charge, but gives you piece of mind for delivery of urgent work.
